Common questions
- I forgot my password. Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. We email you a six-digit code to set a new one.
- I want to delete my account. Open Profile, then Delete account. You will need your password. Deletion is permanent.
- I want to report or block a player. Open the player's profile and tap Report or Block. Blocked players can be unblocked from Profile, then Blocked players.
- A question is wrong. Email us with the question text and the answer you believe is correct.
- My account is suspended. Email us from the address on the account. We review every suspension.
